There’s no other tapas bar quite like Tickets, where traditional Spanish cuisine meets the playful imagination of Albert Adrià. Whilst the dinner at Tickets is a mind-blowing experience in itself, with dishes such as green asparagus with almond ice-cream and tarragon air waffles, the true icing on the cake is an invite to the exclusive, secret dessert room. A Willy Wonka-esque wonderland complete with a ceiling covered in gigantic berries and candy canes serving jaw-dropping desserts that aren’t always what they seem. With an everchanging menu you cannot be certain which of the wonderous dishes you will sample, but you will be certain it will be a night you will never forget.
